Strange accident in Osbourne County, Kansas leaves one man dead and another seriously injured

A family is left morning after a bizarre accident in Osborne County, Kansas.  According to the Kansas Highway patrol, the accident occurred on June 30, 2013, at approximately 10:15 am.  The details available at this time paint a strange story of the events that led to one man's death and another man's serious injury.  According to the police report, a 2005 Hyundai Elantra driven by Grady Martin Carl of Downs, Kansas, age 27, crossed the center line and struck the trailer or truck of an unknown semi-truck.  The semi-truck was completely destroyed in a fire that resulted from the
impact.  The driver of the semi-truck was Bruce Stockman of Kirwin Kansas, age 71.  Mr. Stockman was seriously injured as well.  Bruce Stockman was life flighted to Kearney, Nebraska.
