Anthony Wilson, age 38 was injured and Jackie Powell, age 66 lost her life in
a terrible accident in Cass County Missouri. According to TPR B.R. Dehaan on December 13, 2012 at approximately 8:40 am on Missouri
Highway 7 at Sycamore Grove Rd. the accident occurred. The
Police report states that the accident occurred
as a Jackie Powell was traveling north on Sycamore Grove Road when she failed to yield the path of Anthony Wilson and pulled into his path. As a result, Mr. Wilson's vehicle struck Ms. Powell's vehicle and both vehicle skidded to their respective places. The reasons as to why the Ms. Powell failed to yield are still unknown. Ms. Powell a Missouri resident, were
pronounced dead shortly thereafter. Mr. Anthony Wilson was transported by EMS to a local hospital.

The
