The accident occurred on July 11, 2013 at approximately 8:00 in the morning. The facts known at this time is that a 2013 Kenworth Semi-Truck driven by Robert Ball of St. Joesph, Missouri made an abrupt lane change and struck Ms. Winkel's 2000 Toyota Camry and pushed it into the barrier wall on Interstate 635.
