Gary Ives, age 72 was killed in
a terrible accident in Ford County Kansas. According to the Kansas
Highway Patrol on December 21, 2012 at approximately 11:15 am at 10950 101 Road, the accident occurred. The
Police report states that the accident occurred
as Leo Robertson age 71, was backing u
p from around a shop and was backing around a stationary truck when he made contact with, and ran over the pedestrian, Mr. Gary Ives. The reasons as to why the Ms. Robertson failed to see the pedestrian are still unknown. Mr. Ives a Kansas resident, were
pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
Police Report
The
death of this individual is a terrible loss to his family before
