Jaron Fowler age 22, of Peculiar Missouri was injured in a Morgan County accident with a St. Peters woman named Stephanie Russell. Mr. Fowler was seriously injured and transported to Universiity Hospital on December 21, 2012.
According to Trooper Dettenwanger of the Missouri Highway Patrol on
December 22,
2012 at approximately 9:25 am on US Highway 50 just west of Route A the
accident occurred. The
Police report states that the accident occurred as a vehicle driven by Stephanie Russell crossed the center lane and hit a 1998 GMC Jimmy operated by Jaron Fowler head-on. The reasons as to why Ms. Russell crossed the center lane are still unknown.Police Report
