Two car accident in Johnson County leads to three injuries

Ronald Dougan, age 84, Dylan Allenbrand age 18, and younger brother Gunter Allenbrand, age 9, all of Spring  Hill were seriously injured in a January 8, 2013 accident in Johnson County.   According to the investigating officer, of the Kansas Highway Patrol, on January 8, 2013 at approximately 6:48 pm on 169 southbound just one mile north of Spring Hill the accident occurred. According to the police report the party responsible for the accident was the driver of a 2000 Subaru Legacy, Dylan Allenbrand, age 18, of Spring Hill, KS.  The Johnson County accident occurred when both drivers were driving south on 169.   Ronald Dougan was driving at a slow speed when a vehicle driven by Dylan Allenbrand struck the rear of his 1994 GMC Sonoma.  It unknown at this time why Mr. Allenbrand struck the slow moving vehicle.

Dylan Allenbrand was transported by ambulance to Olathe medical center, Mr. Dougann was taken to Overland Park Regional.
